Forgiveness is a grave word that needs to be understood from its roots so that more people are forgiven and some amount of problems can be reduced. This society needs better purification. It is absolutely true that forgiveness is based on the incidents and so the time that is required to forgive and forget often varies from person to person and also from situation to situation. It is said that for certain incidents rage becomes an obsession and it basically destroys the life of the individual. The murder of Worthington’s mother was one such incident which if kept in mind for long can actually hamper his personal normalcy.
